Terms and conditions

Last updated 18 October 2026

These terms apply when you order and use a Bless The Couple wedding website. Please read them before you pay. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Bless The Couple (“we”, “us”) makes personalised wedding websites that couples share with their guests. You can reach us at [email protected].

Bless The Couple is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 84189495.

2. What the service is

You choose a design, enter your wedding details, pay once, and we publish a wedding website for you at blessthecouple.com/your-website-name. Guests open it with a link, with nothing to install.

Depending on the options you switch on, the wedding website can show your ceremonies, families, portraits and story, offer add-to-calendar buttons, and collect RSVP replies from your guests.

The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use for your own wedding.

3. Ordering and price

The price is €249 (euros), charged once. There is no subscription. The price includes the design, publishing, and 1 free revision after you go live. Taxes are included where they apply.

You order by completing checkout with your name, email address and payment. We do not require an account. Payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Your receipt is sent to the email address you give us, and your live link is shown as soon as you have paid. Please check your email address is correct.

4. Delivery and your wedding website link

We aim to publish your wedding website within 24 hours of payment. If we cannot, we will tell you and you can ask for a refund (see our refund policy).

Each website name is unique and works on a first come, first served basis. Some names are reserved. Once you have paid, the name is yours for as long as the wedding website is live. If you change the name later, the old link stops working, so you will need to share the new one.

Your wedding website stays live until 90 days after the date of your last ceremony. After that we take it down. If you would like it to stay up longer, email [email protected] before then and we will extend it for €15 for each extra 12 months.

5. Immediate delivery and your right to withdraw

Your wedding website is made for you and starts as soon as you pay. At checkout you are asked to confirm that you agree to these terms, that you want us to make your wedding website available immediately, and that you understand you can no longer withdraw from the purchase once delivery begins.

Delivery begins when we start publishing your wedding website. If you are a consumer who would normally have a legal right to withdraw from a distance purchase (for example in the EU or the UK), that right ends once delivery has begun, because you asked for it to start immediately. Until delivery begins, you can still cancel by emailing [email protected].

This does not affect our separate refund policy, which is more generous than the law requires in some cases, or your rights if the service is faulty or not as described.

6. Revisions

Your price includes 1 free revision after you go live. Email us what you want changed and we will update your live wedding website. The link stays the same.

Each further revision costs a flat €25. Changing your website name counts as a revision.

7. Your content

You are responsible for everything you add: names, dates, venues, family details, photos and text. Please check it carefully before you pay and after we publish.

You confirm that:

  • you have the right to use every photo and piece of text you upload;
  • the people shown or named have agreed to appear on the wedding website, including family members and anyone in your portraits;
  • your content does not break the law or anyone’s rights, and is not abusive, hateful, misleading or sexually explicit.

You give us permission to store, display and deliver your content as needed to run your wedding website. You keep ownership of your content.

We may remove content or take down a wedding website that breaks these terms or the law. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first.

8. Guests and RSVP replies

If you switch on RSVPs, we collect your guests’ replies on your behalf and make them available to you on a private guest-list page, and we email you each reply unless you switch that off. You get the page link right after you pay. Anyone who has that link can see your replies, so keep it private. If you lose it, email [email protected] and we will send it again to the address you used at checkout. Replies can include a name, whether they are attending, the number of guests, which ceremonies, a dietary preference and a short message.

You are responsible for using this information fairly and only to organise your wedding. Please do not share it more widely than you need to. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

9. Our designs and ownership

The designs, layouts, artwork, animations and code that make up the service belong to us or our licensors. You may use your own wedding website and share its link. You may not copy, resell or reuse our designs or code for anything else.

10. Using the service properly

Please do not misuse the service. For example, do not try to break or overload it, access other people’s wedding websites or data, scrape it, or use it to send spam or collect information for other purposes.

11. Refunds

Our refund policy is on the Refunds page. It forms part of these terms.

12. Third-party services

Your wedding website works with services we do not control. Guests may share it through WhatsApp or similar apps. Fonts load from Google Fonts. The Add to calendar buttons open Google Calendar or download a calendar file. These services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

13. Availability

We work to keep your wedding website available, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. We may need to pause the service for maintenance. We will not intentionally take down a live wedding website without a reason set out in these terms.

14. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law as a consumer, or our responsibility for things the law does not allow us to limit, such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as losses that follow from a guest not seeing a message, a wrong detail you entered, or a third-party service being unavailable. Our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect an order you have already placed, unless the law requires it.

16. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and the courts of the Netherlands can decide any dispute, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim in your own courts.

If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
